Who We Are
RE-GROUP is a Liberia-based consultancy delivering evidence-based environmental and socioeconomic
services—ESIA, audits, RAPs, monitoring, surveys, and training—for government, private sector and
development partners. We are registered and certified by the EPA of Liberia.
Mission & Approach
We design and implement socioeconomic activities that drive productivity and growth for clients,
combining environmental science, mining, forestry, project management, policy and research. Our
work meets or exceeds local and international safeguards and standards, with strong emphasis on
training and skills transfer to young professionals.

How We’re Organized
We operate with layered governance—Board of Directors, Managing Partners, Managing Director and a
technical/operations core supported by local and international consultants (social, environmental,
project management, finance/admin, field assistants). This structure ensures oversight, quality
control and balanced delivery from strategy to fieldwork.
